​Our Digital Planning service is perfect for couples who enjoy planning and selecting their own vendors but seek professional assistance to guide them throughout the process. We offer two tiers of digital planning, both designed to ensure your day is expertly organized at a fraction of the cost of traditional planning services. Each tier begins with an initial meeting, where we create a customized planning timeline and checklist tailored to your unique needs. Three subsequent virtual meetings serve as coaching sessions, allowing us to assess your progress, set future goals, and navigate key topics such as budgeting, styling, logistics, menu planning, vendor selection, contracts, and more. With our expert guidance, you can confidently orchestrate a seamless and memorable wedding day that truly reflects your vision.

Our Digital Planning packages are fully remote and do not include any day-of execution. As part of the package we are happy to help you vet day-of coordinators that are local to your event

Partial Planning Package
Our Partial Planning Package is perfect for hands-on couples who want to savor the wedding planning journey while benefiting from expert support. We start with an intitial consultation and then providing you with a personalized timeline and planning checklist tailored to your goals. You'll receive three pre-wedding consultations, vendor recommendations for up to four vendors or service providers, and thorough contract reviews to keep everything on track. As your big day approaches, we'll develop a comprehensive day-of timeline, attend up to three final vendor meetings, and confirm all vendor details. Additionally, we'll join you for a venue walk-through to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed. Optional services, such as rehearsal coordination, can be added to customize your package further.

All Partial Planning Packages include on-site execution for up to 12 hours. We'll coordinate vendors and manage setup and breakdown on the day of your wedding, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy the day.

Full Planning
Our Full Planning Package is designed for couples who desire a truly concierge-level wedding planning experience. We begin by discussing your budget, vision, and priorities to develop a personalized strategy tailored to your unique needs. Next, we create an Event Brand Sheet—a one-page visual representation of your wedding goals—with your input to establish a clear design roadmap. From there, we begin the process of sourcing and selecting the perfect venue and date, booking top-tier vendors, securing hotel room blocks, and meticulously planning every detail, from invitations to welcome care kits for your guests.
All Full Wedding Packages include on-site execution with a principal planner and at least one assistant, ensuring your special day is seamless and unforgettable.
